The Rapha Continental was established in the United States in 2007 with the aim of rediscovering the lost spirit of cycling. To help realise that ambition, the Rapha Continental joined forces with some of the finest independent frame builders in North America.

The result was a collection of custom bikes [ Ira Ryan, Tony Pereira, Sycip, Davidson, Signal, Rick Hunter, Lyonsport, Richard Sachs, Bilenky, Seven Cycles, Circle-A, Independent Fabricationand Igleheart ] that reflected the craft and heritage of America’s framebuilders but was also versatile enough to handle the wide range of terrain the Continental riders would encounter. Meticulously designed and entirely hand built, they combined technology and innovation with individuality and flair, creating elegant, understated bikes that handled beautifully and performed brilliantly.

As the Rapha Continental continues to expand, Rapha will be collaborating with some of the best bespoke frame builders in each Continental territory. We start in the UK, with Ricky Feather,Dave Yates, Tom Donhou, Rourke Cycles and Robin Mather.
